Download offline
On My Contracts, use Download offline (or Re-download offline) for each Active contract you need on site.

Work offline
Create or edit drafts and submit as usual; items may show Queued until sync finishes.

Reconnect
When you are Online again, the app syncs. If you see Sync Error, open the docket again when connected or contact your Administrator.
You only see your dockets — not other Field Technicians’ work on the same contract.
