# Working Offline

> Downloading contracts and syncing, for Supervisors.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Download offline">
    On **Contracts** or **Contract Details**, use **Download offline** (or **Re-download offline**) for each contract you need on site.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Work offline">
    Create or edit drafts and submit as usual; items may show **Queued** until sync finishes.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Reconnect">
    When you are Online again, the app syncs. Caches you downloaded are kept for your browser profile (not trimmed by Field Technician assignment rules).
