# Working Offline

> Downloading contracts and syncing, for Field Technicians.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Download offline">
    On **My Contracts**, use **Download offline** (or **Re-download offline**) for each Active contract you need on site.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Work offline">
    Create or edit drafts and submit as usual; items may show **Queued** until sync finishes.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Reconnect">
    When you are Online again, the app syncs. If you see **Sync Error**, open the docket again when connected or contact your Administrator.
  </Step>

  You only see your dockets — not other Field Technicians' work on the same contract.
