# What You Can / Cannot Do

> Administrator permission summary.

<Check>
  **You can:** manage users, clients, contracts, rates, work items, staff allocation, dockets, overview, audit log, and financial fields; download offline from Contracts / Contract Details for offline docketing.
</Check>

<Warning>
  **You cannot:** create a second Administrator from Users (there is only one tenant Administrator).
</Warning>
